I think the real leader is Captain Quinn. JT Miller is just a hot head, and can't control his emotions at the best of times. There is a reason JT is not captain. Build the team around Hughes if they really need to.

That said pretty tired of hearing about it I've completely stopped listening to sports radio for a month now.

Enter Brad Richardson into the fray... said in an interview that even when he was on the team that he absolutely loves JT and that Miller is an animal, but that even back then he told JT he's way too hard on Petey and if he keeps treating him like that the kid's gonna shut down.
He doesn't think they can play on the same team.

I agree with the comments made here about Miller.
The guy is a hot head. His way of trying to “motivate” Petey to play better does not work.
The bigger issue is that IF there is a trade, Allvin is gonna have a big challenge in trying to find a GM who is going willing to trade in fair value for Petey or Miller.
EP40’s contract is expensive for any team.
Miller’s issues in the locker room might be well known throughout the league.
JT’s trade value is not high either. He has not scored a goal in the past ten games.
If you were a GM, would you want Miller on your team? I would hang up the phone right away if Allvin called me as a GM to talk trade about Miller hahah.

-big drop in performance so far this season from Miller compared to his last three seasons. Even if you account for the fact that JT missed games this season, his numbers are way down.
Like I mentioned in my last post, Miller has not a scored in a goal in his last ten games.

This isn't a one yr thing. It's been brewing ever since Miller became a Canuck. But now we are seeing Petey pushing back against Miller. I think Quinn has his hand tied keeping Miller on a leash. You need someone like Luke Schenn to keep the animal in check.
