The Official 2024/2025 Canucks & NHL Thread These two last losses against Winnipeg and LA were like that Marvels Avengers movie scene where the Hulk ragdolls Loki. Allvin better be on the phones ASAP to talk about a trade. All life has been sucked out of this team. A trade is needed to shake up this team! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
Watch them beat Edmonton on Saturday lol |
When do fans start throwing jerseys on to the ice? Lol |
Canucks so good |

Easier said than done, a trade will make the team weaker at this point, but in the long term, I just don't see Canucks being a championship team with Petey as "the guy" anyway, so it's inevitable even if it doesn't feel like it's the right move to pull the plug on him. Quote:

The Official 2024/2025 Canucks & NHL Thread https://youtu.be/wGNBVlzuUeE?feature=shared Maybe Tocchet should give this kind of fiery motivational speech to rally the players. Build up their mental focus for the next game against the Oilers. One of Al Pacino’s greatest moments of his acting career: https://youtu.be/f1yWSePMqsk?feature=shared Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
I think we're more at a "Playoffs!? I just hope we can win a game" type scenario. |
I heard on the radio they were giving "student rush discounts" for the LA game. $179! bhahaahha. What a joke! |
Would be sad when we lose a franchise D in Hughes..the one we've been praying for all this time too. |
Fuck the doomers. I can’t believe people are actually thinking that Hughes will walk. Is this FO suddenly worse than the JB era? |
Gotta do everything we can to hold onto Hughes. Don’t even really care about the rest even if we have to start over, he’s our lifeline going forward. |
EP40 and Miller for Jack and Luke Hughes? |
Yes I’m sure a team wants to trade for both EP and Miller since they work so well together |

Simon Nemec from New Jersey for Miller? Hmmm Yesterday, 2022 second-overall pick Simon Nemec did an interview with a Slovakian media outlet where he expressed his frustration with his current situation in New Jersey. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
Hmmm. Rick Dhaliwal @DhaliwalSports Jan 18, 2025 JT Miller has not been asked to waive his no trade clause yet but there seems to be a lot activity around Miller today. Some think the Canucks are working hard on this. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
^ great, Allvin just get it done asap. |
The Official 2024/2025 Canucks & NHL Thread https://www.sportsnet.ca/nhl/article...ants-to-stay/? An imminent trade of Miller? Apparently, Petey spoke to management about wanting to stay with the team. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
This sucks with what's going on with EP and JT. I'm a huge fan of JT much like Kesler. This team has always been missing that fiery American player and it just never seems to work long term. If JT does get traded I do hope he does get his cup. |
The Official 2024/2025 Canucks & NHL Thread McDavid with the dirty crosscheck on Garland’s head! McDickhead did Garland dirty. Match penalty on McDavid and Meyers. The giraffe cross checked Evan Bouchard in the face. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
Myers gonna get suspended and McDavid gonna get away with doing the exact same thing lol |

Correct prediction, Honda! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
"Match penalty on McDavid. Match penalty on Myers." "Everyone else on the ice gets a minor" :lol |

The league better come down hard on McDavid and Myers . That is a two game suspension for both players for those vicious crosschecks to a player’s head. It does not matter which team you cheer for. Both McChicken and Myers should get a suspension. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
