Auston Matthews blew the coverage on defending against McDavid. He decided to go into the corner to help double team on Marner.
He is the primary defender on McDavid.
Big mistake to let No. 97 wide open haha.

Binnington also played awesome during the OT against USA. Binny made huge glove saves on Matthews and Brady Tkachuk.
I take back all the things that I said about Binny giving up weak goals during the tournament haha.
