Oh yeah, then you need to lift, depends how strong your base is before your cut.
I think post 35/40's, it's pretty emo.
Getting shreds is so hard, I've been trying my whole life and not 100% there yet lol

I'm down to 163ish from 170 in Aug, after my Alaskan cruise. I've noticed a bit less flab, but like other have said, I'm not going to lose much more unless I start counting calories. I've just been portion controlling better, and I'm just doing two training sessions a week (up from one a week prior).

This is in the bathroom of the gym I go to at 11am on a weekday… and the trainer told me they empty this every night… fuckin crazy how many people are geared up here  | |
