No.. this is the married-in owner of the company (a man btw), evident that HR skills aren't to standard at all. And as much as I want to put them on blast, only the husband is a gigantic POS. The wife who started the company is also a POS, but it's business. And she actually works quite hard on her business despite her husband dragging her down (dude takes a salary and does nothing for it; wife takes a salary and does both people's work for it).

I started balding/thinning out (I'm 27 rn). It could be a combination of being unhealthy and nicotine, but I noticed that it's ever since I started this job 5 years ago LOL. Stress is a real thing. I'm still figuring out what "normal" working conditions are for work. I constantly feel like I'm underperforming because everything's not on fire LOL. I realized, I spent every single work day of the past 5 years, working at like 300% capacity and strung out.
