Look, the AI isn't the problem. The gatekeepers, the grifters, the corporate necromancers propping up the same regurgitated three-chord sludge... they're the fucking problem.

AI spits out music without the leash of industry hand-holders, without some fossil fucking boomer exec deciding whether it's "marketable" enough to get airplay. That's soul, in the purest sense, that's the unironic soulful creation without compromise. What the fuck is more authentic than that?
Meanwhile, some of the most talented musicians I know, especially a certain beauty who has had 100+ million people hear her voice, and probably well over a billion streams of music she's featured in... break their backs for rent while some record industry-processed TikTok plant pulls six figures for miming over a ghostwritten verse. You think that's soul? You think that's authenticity? Smell the morning meth pipe and wake the fuck up.
And don't even get me started on the whimpering, pussy-aching from the so-called "artists" crying about AI. Those aren't artists. Those are shelf-stockers for culture, they're working in the warehouse because they lack the balls to step up to the plate. They're not angry that AI can't create... they're angry that it exposes how little creating they ever did.
The stories, the raw nerve, the guts to call yourself a writer, that shit still has to be barfed up by the artist, from a person with something to say. You can hand a typewriter to a monkey or a MacBook to a teenager, but the words still have to come from someone who knows what the fuck they mean and the need to say them.
AI is just a tool. You scared of a hammer? You scared of a paintbrush? Get the fuck outta here.
Art is expression. AI is just another way to let it loose.
If that terrifies you, you were never an artist to begin with. Just another gatekeeper afraid the doors are finally being chopped down with a token-powered axe.
Uncensored (to a degree) AI is the ultimate democratization of the cultural engines of society.
If you are only limited in the scope of what you can build due to your imagination, the gatekeepers in the way, time, teams of people, huge media empires like Disney... they should be afraid.
When you give human beings the tools they need to self-express in ways that it used to take massive money and owning the platforms and technology to bring fiction to life, you enable more people.
Trust me, as an artist myself who is, again, at $0 and unable to even afford dinner tonight, AI is a tool in the toolbox to write, code, draw, make film, voiceovers, product reviews... all with one person and a computer assisting them. Even though I'm facing probably until Monday or Tuesday before I have any food again, I know if I stick to working with the AI, at some point I will have another product or process I've made/developed with AI as my own personal team of hats to wear, and I'll be livin' it up again.
I've noticed on X that the biggest AI-haters are always super woke!
