P90x Program

anybody in here try this p90x 90day work out program?

Results? thought? better alternatives?

my co-worker told me he downloaded the whole program on a torrent (40 something GB worth) and said it works excellent IF you follow the strict diet plan.

You should try the P90X Search function... you would probably see another thread on this topic that is 4 pages long.
