help itouch stuck
 

okay so i was helping my friend update his firmware on the first gen itouch to 3.0

after i did the update it jailbroke it using blackra1n. it was rebooting but now its stuck at the screen with the itunes icon and the usb at the bottom screen

i can't seem to turn it off
used the power+home buttom and it wont turn off

when i replug it back into my computer i get a warning message saying
one of the usb devices attached to this computer has malfunctioned and windows does not recognize it

did that didnt do anything
