i dont have a top 5 but there are some games that stood out to me.

infamous,metal gear solid 4 *followed the series*, assassins creed 2

infamous and uncharted

ACII isn't an exclusive

i haven't played enough 'groundbreaking' exclusives yet, but uncharted, uncharted 2, killzone 2 and little big planet would be on there for me.

i felt infamous is overrated. i lost interest half way through and haven't touched it since.

i still havent played MGS4, and i'm sure God of war 3 and Gran Turismo 5 would soon be added to my list.
