I don't know if this is allowed but I just want to let people know have a projector that needs a lamp to order through them. I had a great experience of being shipped a defective lamp (which I did not install for a long time after receiving). Basically I get a new lamp but waited and waited for old bulb to die before installing. It eventually does and I install bulb I bought from them but it's defective. I figure for sure I'm fucked, out the money for the bulb. I email them and they get back to me right away apologizing, give me a RMA number and I have a new bulb days after they receive defective one back.

A++ service, so those with a projector needing a lamp I highly recommend.
