Honda Pilot 2005 trunk struts
 

The trunk struts (that hold up the trunk when open) decided to give out so they will need to be replaced. I never realized how heavy the trunk lid is!

So apart from a Honda dealership and online, any local places where I could find a pair? Thanks!

Thanks for the offer, but I'll have to pass. From doing a bit of calling around, they're $70+ each locally. But on Amazon, they're $30 each! Considering I need a pair of these, I'd save a good $100 by ordering them online... :(

be carefull ordering struts online or aftermarket, they may not be as good, last as long, or fit properly, the honda ones are your best bet....
