sorry to be more specific im looking for foam rollers, not like the normal ones that looks like a pool noodle
something more firm and harder, along the lines of the grid foam roller and rumble roller http://product-images.wantist.com/ph...jpg?1317252658 http://runnerslane.com/wp-content/th...-ROLLER-BK.jpg |
Lots of locations for Sportmed
Kinda pricey though. |
Actually, for gear like that at a good price, look for Fitness Depot. Lots of locations as well.

Is 50-60 a decent price for the rollers? These things are new to me and I need a rough idea of how much is over spending
|
Foam Rollers?? Or the rollers that wingies posted?
Because if you are looking for a basic foam roller that would suffice, Winners has some for 12.99 |
looking for the ones similar to what wingies posted
|
You might have some luck if you check this place out sport therapy vancouver.

Got my foam roller at Fitness Depot for $28.99. It's like a hybrid between the rumble and trigger point roller. I've used it for about a week now, and it's been pretty good. I can't comment about long term quality though, but it seems very durable.

Picked mine up from Fitness Depot near the BC Liquor on Broadway and Rupert a while back now. Couldn't imagine life without it now haha. Oh and I highly recommend picking up a lacrosse ball as well for those specific areas with a serious knot.
