Looking for: wearable audio recorder
 

wondering if you guys can make some recommendations for me..
Im looking for a device with the following properties:

- records audio 24/7, or at least any conversation I'm involved in. (Voice activated?)
- can last at least a full day without a recharge
- automatically stores at least the last 24 hours automatically overwriting the earliest
- small, one piece (no wires or external mics). Maybe something I could clip on my shirt?
- not a wrist wearable since I already wear a watch
- bonus: automatic upload to the cloud, even if it has a subscription fee
