I came across this shoes on a web called 2016 New Converse One Star,Cheap Converse Chuck Taylor,Classic Converse All Star and the link is at Converse Canada - Converse Chuck Taylor All Star Low White Double Platform

I have 2 quick questions.

(1) Is this model legit and made by Converse ?

(2) Is this web site safe or reliable ?

not sure about the website being legit or not but I wouldn't be surprised if the double platform chucks are real.

a lot of the styles listed on that web site I have not seen, you are better off checking with Converse Canada to see if that web site is an authorized distributor?

Which lists the model as "BN130801"

If you google "Converse BN130801", there are more links that *seem* legit.. e.g. Converse Chuck Taylor All Star White Double Platform Low Tops Canvas Women Sneakers [BN130801] : Get Stylish British Flag Converse, Converse UK Flag From Converse All Star Chucks Online

But i also know nothing about sneakers..
