yup fit perfect put em on my car and every thing then my jaw liek droped and from then i wanted them even since

and there alot lighter too hehehehhe

as for down pipe i will see whatt eh exhuast shop says about if they can find bolt to go in there or if it half snaped

i don't know we will see

i should ahve tooekn a pic whe i had the wheels on it look very nice gun meatal heheheh
