H&R is a good choice. i use them. its a great progressive spring.
as for struts, id suggest Koni Yellows,
www.suprasport.com has them for a decent price, you can also ask at a local Lordco
KYB's are garbage if you plan on pushing your car hard, or if you want to do any autocross.
Tokico Illumina II's are for TEMS arent they? im not sure if it was the II's or which. those are also good, but i think more expensive.
