this was a 67-69 era "barracuda", with the slanted back window a bit, just before they switched to the 70-74 'Cuda/Challenger E-body. But ya, it was the generation b4, so a 68/69 maybe? the ones that are Barracuda, not 'Cuda, anyways, ya, seen it around here lots(westbank), its green, with chrome tips, 340 automatic(prolly 727, maybe 904....whatever, not important). Some old guy was driven, 45'sh maybe, greaser lookin guy. he roasted us pretty good, but we were in the 'yota that ran a best of 18.2...sooo.ya.
That orangy copper one that u r talkin about, i think i know the one. not sure the year, '73 maybe? whatever, between 70-74 for sure. the one i'm thinkin of has a 360/auto. ya, good cars, the dad has a '71 Challenger Convert. (2165 made), almost ready to put in a heavily built 318, (has a 318/auto as is). anyways, ya thats the story.
oh ya, while on the topic, if anyone happens to see a white 71(i think) 'Cuda, has the original 340 stripe, and i think it says 340 on rear quarter with side-exit exst, i think it has alot of power...saw the guy stomp it once commin outta petro on westside once by boucherie, left a 70foot posi patch, auto too.(hehe doesn't beet my 126ft 2nd gear in the taurus).
as well, a friend of the dads has a Black '68 Charger, 4spd, 426 hemi, someone try to race him if ever at a track.
anyways, ya, enough typin for me. wouldn't normally write this much junk if wasn't bored outta my mind hehe
