I'll give you the story.
I had the head rebuilt and then put on by a "backyarder".
However, he failed to properly fasten an intake gasket and that has resulted in a large vacuum leak that is keeping the car from running. My brother has partly dismantled the intake manifold (or partly removed it whichever phrasing you prefer), but he got a job and he got stuck too so he's got neither the time nor the will to finish the job.
So basically the manifold removal needs to be completed and then after the gasket is put on properly it will need to be re-installed (a friend at Vic Nissan said he'd take care of the gaskets and stuff).
This car has been quite a "project" for me it has taken a lot of time and effort to get it too where it is now (ask Jas
) and the only thing keeping it from driving is the vacuum leak.
