i'd suggest teaching your brother how to defend himself..... you can't be there for him all the time...
tell him never to start shit, but if shit flies at him, he's gotta know how to dodge it and throw shit back..haha... of course, it's a good idea to just go and have your brother's back the first time (or two)...
