depends if your clutch is cable actuated or hydraulic
mine is hydraulic and it just involved me loosening off the lock nut that holds the rod that goes into the master cylinder, and turning that rod, which is threaded, and turned it till the clutch pedal was no longer moving 2 inches before it did anything, and then tightening the lock nut again
