lol unfortunately my hip did whatever it did on its own.... kinda lame but i'll deal.... it sucks cuz i used to be in track, soccer, and stuff... i still roller blade... but im not supposed to... but as of lately i havent done much at all... when it warms up im gonna bust out my "costco" mountain bike and get on that... lol ^_^
