It doesn't exactly look like it was a legal "tour".
The dogs don't bite. Well, at least they didn't a couple of years ago. They just make security aware that there are people on the premises. Security is what you have to worry about.
I used to love going into that place just to wander around. Then it started gaining more attention and kids went in there and started trashing the place. I hate people with no bloody respect. So now if you get caught in there, they'll take you to court and try and sue you for every last little bit of damage they could possibly attempt to pin on you. They're looking for money.
The curator and his son ran the place. They went bankrupt trying to fix the place up. Apparently the guy spent a lot of time at the site, and people thought he was starting to go crazy. Last year, a couple of my friends were being taken to court over trespassing, and they were going to sue them for damage that they didn't do. Days before the trial, the curator was found dead in his car, self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head, I believe.
Just really creepy shit. I'm not religious in the least, but I do believe there's a lot of bad fucking karma going on in there.
