Sorry for the double post, this is something good though
Here's a new diet I'm about to try, tell me if you approve.
1.)6 egg whites + 1 yolk + 2 cup oatmeal.
2.)2 scoops whey + cassein protein powder.
3.)Tuna on whole - grained bread
4.)*before workout* 1 scoop whey protein powder 1 cup oatmeal + 1 peach
5.)*after workout* 2 boiled potatoes 2 scoops why protein powder.
6.)4 oz lean steak +1 cup brown rice
7.)2 scoops why + cassein protein powder.
Plus my normal snacks inbetween. Gaining weight can be hard on the wallet though.
