he got $6000 or something including his car back. if u push icbc enuff, like he did, they will eventually give in. keeping the car was a smart idea becuz there isnt that much damage and it can be fixed for cheap. in the end he's just gonna turn around and sell it and make more money off of it! seems like a pretty good idea to me. (not that im sticking up for my brother or anything..haha oh my)
