We have complete control over the calls and support (we do sales, not telemarketing though... people call us, and other things as well). Your very lucky then. Even worse are the folks that I work with. Sitting in my row I have 2 army Vietnam veterans and about 4 folks who seriously need to get on a diet, badly. All I want to is smack all these kids like the dude in this video:
