yeah, we use it at work quite often, because we have a little portable propane tank, its easier than dragging the oxy/acet torches over. We often use it to check if a MAF sensor is out to lunch by giving it a sniff of propane. Its fine as long as your careful with it, it only takes a little bit as with the acetylene as well.
