nothing beats doing it the way nature intended. there was a guy on our paddeling team who used to do all kinds of shit like that, and yeah he looked strong, and was strong, but he used to have trouble moving his muscles after every race. 20 min later we would all be fine except for him. i thought about doing creotiene (sp) but natures way is the best way.
