yours is stuck up? sounds like the antenna motor is shot. and just to clarify, i didn't remove my antenna... i just installed a switch that allowed me to override the power antenna, cuz i hated how it was up even if i was using the CD player. with the switch i can still put it up if i want to listen to the radio (i don't, but i still wanted the option
). it involved taking out the center console and stereo, clipping the antenna wire (yellow with a green stripe) and wiring in the switch. i wired my switch into one of the accessory punch-out blocks by the handbrake. i really dig it. it's taking some getting used to as far as not hearing the antenna sound when i turn off the car.
btw, i've heard that doing the S2000 conversion isn't as easy as just unbolting one and putting in the other. and i've also heard that the reception from the S2000 antenna sucks.
