does it turn over?

if yes > when it turns over, does it sound like its about to start, but just can't "catch"?

if yes > its probably your timing. my cps wiring is messed up a bit, (very rarely) it will sputter and not start

also, have you checked you EFI fuse? any codes? dont just look at for the blinking engine light, jumper the wires in the box and check for codes. all wires plugged in? power to the ECU?
