well... just did some minor troubleshooting today. My feeling is that the engine is just fucked.

I checked the starter, alternator, battery, timing belt, engine ground, sparkplugs, injectors, fuel pump (I know it's not the fuel system, but figured I'd check anyhow).

The starter will not turn at all. If I try to get the engine to crank manually (putting it in 5th, and pushing the bitch) it doesn't budge an inch. After the said pushing, the starter WILL turn, but only to a certain point then just stop, like the engine will only turn over to a certain point. This scares me the most.

My oil problem was just a lot of leaks. The oil pressure was always good, according to the stock gauge anyways. It sat right on the mark, and rose to about 40ish under acceleration like it should. The crankcase was also full when it died. But the oil pump could have crapped out or something.
I have no idea, I am not a mechanic, and don't have a lot of hands on experience dealing with shit like this.

I think Bob said he wants to come up on Sunday, and that he will check it out. Thank god for that!!

once again, damn supras! At least I got to drive it for a month, lol!
It will be funny too if I have to swap in a "low mileage" engine that has more miles on it than my car does... good times...
