you'd think but believe it or not they patrol very little here, mostly because most of them live here. It's either they don't feel like patrolling their own neighbourhood or take on the same attitude as most, there are many off duty cops living up there if anything goes wrong, which is less helpful than you would think. My dad was one, we had one across the street, one beside us, one behind us, and one less than a block up and this still happens. Two years ago there were 22 break-ins within a week, and no one got caught for them, now that's ridiculous.
