From the start of this season? Well:
Clark was returned, in a lightening bolt fashion onto a field with no clothes. At the same time Lois Lane was driving trying to find the Kent residence, but doesn't know where they live because it's all farm country.
Clark has ammensia, so Lois takes him to the hospital, Johnathan kent is in a coma, still, but I've forgotten the length of time he's been in it. Martha spots Clark in the hospital (Gee, good one writers!) and tries to get him back, but Clark says he's Kal-el or Jor-el (forget which one he really is, they all sound the same) and he's going to conquer earth.
Meanwhile over in Egypt, Lex discovers a artifact which had kryptonian writing on it. On the way back to the plane, he's really sweating and having a hard time, once on the plane it's discovered that he has a defect in his blood from all the poison in the brandy which he drank. So his blood's being cleaned, there's turbulence and the artiface breaks which reveals a crystal.
At this point jor-el/kal-el pulls a new trick out for season 4, he can fly. Taking off like a rocket he flies to Lex's place, rips out the door at 21,000 feet and steals the crystal (but oh no, nobody saw him!) and leaves for the caves.
He does some open sesame trick with signals which opens a room and places the crystal, but there's room for 2 more, clue what will happen during season 4 I'm sure (seems like writers are running out of ideas). *meanwhile*
Martha kent called up christopher reeves to help, but he sent his worker to give black kryptonite and said "...mothers love will break the hold" so martha heads out to the caves. Where she finds kal-el/jor-el! so somewhere inside after martha says "i love you" a fight between clark and kal-el breaks out, lasts 15 seconds when martha gives the black kryptonite, and the battle is over, Clark wins, but doesn't remember how to fly! at the same point johnathan wakes up.
Jeeze, someone take over at this point, it's late and i'm tired, if nobody else does i'll continue from where i left off.
