oil relief plug in the stock 7M-GTE oil filter bracket (as shown here:

http://www.cygnusx1.net/supra/librar.../lu/LU_15.html ) only opens when oil pressure reaches 35-45 psi. so, by switching to an NA filter mount, oil reaches the oil cooler all the time. however, the downside is by having this set up, you can overcool your oil. so you need an oil thermostat to control how much oil goes to the cooler. luckily, an FC RX7 oil cooler for the 13B has an oil tstat built in. you have one at work, let me know how much and ill give you the cash
