i think i heard of this stanley park one, but i don't remember where it happened..and all the details..but the story goes..there was a woman that was driving through stanley park and something happened that made her crash her car..and when the car crashed, the seatbelt came unfastened so quickly that it slit her neck and cut her head off..so apparently when you drive through the park somewhere and you look in the rearview mirror, you can see the woman's head in the back seat..
