CK - dude, when are you back? if you're back in time, hopefully you and "hoho" can join me and a few freinds for dinner. haha i believe we could use your help as well... recently went to ap lace with 2 buddies of mine - memphis blues (it's prob not as good as the BBQ where you're at... BUT) we ordered the $60 platter... HOLY SHIT!!! us 3 only finished 2/3 of it!!! so much meat - chicken, ribs, baby back ribs?, lotsa other beef shreds, lotsa sides, holy crap i wanna go back!
btw, for those who dunno, i'm not much of a beer drinker - that plus my gall bladder/liver situation few years ago - but my doc said i can slowly pick up some light drinking - and at memphis blues i tried "grasshopper" my friend said it's Calgarian beer? FUCK IT WAS GOOD!!! i'm the type of guy who HATES BEER but LOVE hard stuff... i find beer bitter and crap... I guess i missed out the luxury of trying "good draught" beer... oh man i LOVE grasshopper!!!
