mwhahahahaha....I just found out that when a landlord gives you the 2 month thing you're allowed to vacate on 10 days' notice. Which means I'll give him my notice today (at 10:30pm) and I'll only have to pay for 9 days' rent...instead of the 2 months he's counting on.
