thanks...I went up there last night...armed with $101.61 (9 days' rent), the Residential Tenancy Act and a scrap piece of paper on the back of which was my official 10 days' notice. Once served w/ the notice and the pocketful of change he completely froze and managed to get out a "you....you can't do that" at which point I VERY cheerily read the bit in the RTA that says that yep...I can indeed "do that"...he said he'll read it over and said thank you I left with a big smile
I'm almost moved out already hahaha
