fine by me...nah...I'm actually a wicked tenant...always pay cash on the last day of the month (for the next month), dont' smoke, dont' drink, don't do drugs, never had a party here, never had a noise complaint, never had ANY complaint of any sort. The only thing was once a friend of mine was gonna take some of my wheels so I hid it under a bush....it was so well hidden she couldn't find them. However, my landlord saw them and was going to evict me for it....he's a fucking nazi. I used to turn off the lights his sons used to leave on...I used to be sooo nice and considerate...but he's just a fucking asshat. So now it's time to pay for it
