I also reset all the outside motion-sensor floodlights. Sensitivity/range have been set to max and the on-time has been set from 1min to 20mins.
When I move out that's gonna change to the "Dusk till Dawn" setting
Just a little thank you note for me having to plead for MONTHS to get an oven fixed....for him coming into our place all the time w/out so much as a 5 min warning (legally he has to give 24hrs written), for him leaving the garage door open for WEEKS at a time sometime so my suite is COMPLETELY accessible from the street (no locking door)...and the list goes on
