I live near Hardawar, so Ive tried a few. Hardawar has a good crust (usually), but their filling is a little plain (but not oily, so that's good). Tandoori Nights has good filling in their Samosas, but the crust is a touch thick.
I kinda like the samosa and channa at the himalaya. There food is nothing great (kinda dirty really), but their samosas are good when you dip them in the channa, and eat it with the onions.
Note: I am only referring to *veg* samosas, since I don't dine on swine (or beef or chicken).
