That's completely false. Young people should vote for sure. Even if you don't keep up to pace with all the election stuff, it is not hard to figure out which party offers a package that is closest to what you want. Especially in the provincial election, seeing as there's only 2 main parties, and then several other parties that seem to cater to specific groups, such as the green party and marijuana party. Its just a matter of deciding what's important to you and figuring out which party supports those things. Also, if young people don't vote, the government won't care as much about things young people are concerned with, such as education. The reason health care is such a priority is because old people have the highest voter turnout of any demographic.
