well finally did the Grouse Grind for the first time on Sunday - awesome weather, awesome views - then my knees started cramping up
I had knee problems years ago and apparently they're still there (not like I've been working them out too...) - they started giving me sh*t about 1/2 way up and I had to stop constantly at the steeper steps, but made it out - felt great - stretched and miraculously enough, wasn't hurting AT ALL on Monday at work!
definitely will try again in August, this time after working my knee out and wearing knee compressors
no idea what my time was but it had to be close to 2 hours since I had to stop so often
