But after reading the Chinese writing I cracked up so bad!!

Translated: First bun Jow Bank (day 1 bun jow ngan hong)

haha..!!

Fact: philly in chinese is Fai Sing.. (Useless/Dead City)

Fact: Pennsylvania State in Chinese is Bun Jow

Go Figure!
