yesterday i come in to work at 9 and this lady from the woneshop comes over and says that the chef is having another heart attack. this would almost be ok if we werent already shortstaffed all to hell. of the 7 cooks we have 4 are gone to that hippie shambala thing leaving me the chef and this kid that jsut started this year. so yesterday i did all the prep up until noon when the other guy arrived and we cooked for both the dinner and the lunch rush. i worked from 9am-930pm. that sucked.
