QUESTION: i just bought a new computer, and I like everything else about it, except the ad (which I have with me as well as the receipt) says plain and clear it is supposed to have a dvd burner, but it doesn't, so what types of legal leverage do I have with false adverstising on an item worth several hundred dollars? I want to go demand to have one put in for free because of the false adverstising, but I don't know if they'll just say return it and get a new one, which I don't want to do because school starts tuesday which means I'll have ABSOLUTELY no time to shop around for another one.
ANY help you guys can give would be great. Thanx!
