maybe you have a high refresh rate. set it back to 60Hz and try that.

go to C
Program Files\EA GAMES\Battlefield 2\mods\bf2\Settings
and open videodefault.con with wordpad.
there should be a setting under renderer.allowALLRefreshRates 0.
change the 0 to a 1.
