That's what you get with service guys. There's no money in servicing furnaces, so only the sketchy companies will actually do it.
Edit: Do you change your filter regularly(every month)? 80% of the time, that's the problem. Then people get mad when you walk in, change the filter, and hand them a bill for $150.
