Ooooh i just found something even better! It's very slightly bigger (still very slim!)... yber-shot® DSC-N1 Digital Camera. It's 8.1 MP CCD instead of 5.1, and the LCD is 3", which is pretty HUGE for a little camera. $499 US which falls inside your budget, however Im not sure if it's in stores yet, you might have to wait.
