I work for the american side of fedex so I get A LOT.. today a guy wanted to pick up his package so I gave him the address and he started arguing with me saying they moved. So I say "okay I will place you on hold while I call and ask them".

Come back and tell him I was correct they are at that address.

Then he asks me if it is a building. I reply with "yes, it's a building. You open up the door, go inside and there are people right there at the counter". He didn't like that too much
