i'll be using this while snowboarding, motorcycle riding, travelling and i want to ensure its overall portability and quality

Basically my main interest now is image quality and overall convinience. I've narrowed down my choices.

1. Pansonic Lumix 6.0
or
2. Canon SD450 5.0
